If Getsetfly, in its sole and exclusive discretion, concludes that the said orders are not or do not reasonably appear to be, authentic, enforceable or valid, then Getsetfly may cancel the said orders at any time up to 5 hours before the scheduled time of departure of the relevant flight or 5 hours before the expected date of visit to any property booked through Getsetfly.
General Provisions
You may travel to certain destinations which involve greater risks than others, entirely at your risk as to cost and consequences.
Getsetfly requests you to consult your local authorities and evaluate travel prohibitions, warning, announcements, and advisories issued by them before booking travel to certain international destinations.
By offering for sale travel to particular international destinations, Getsetfly does not represent or warrant that travel to such point is advisable or without risk. Getsetfly does not accept liability for damages, losses, or delays that may result from improper documents for entry, exit, length of stay, or from travel to such destinations.
Getsetfly, Getsetfly Affiliates and their respective supplilers are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any air carriers, hotels or other suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting there from. Getsetfly, Getsetfly Affiliates and their respective suppliers have no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control, and they have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re–routing or acts of any government or authority.
Getsetfly reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the Site or any material posted herein, in any respect. Getsetfly shall have no obligation to take the needs of any User into consideration in connection therewith.
Getsetfly reserves its right to deny in its sole discretion any user access to this Site or any portion hereof without notice.
You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and with the supplier’s rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. You acknowledge that some third–party providers offering certain services and/or activities may require you to sign their liability waiver prior to participating in the service and/or activity they offer. You understand that any violation of any such supplier’s rules and restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel product or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in Getsetfly debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.
No waiver by Getsetfly of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be binding except as set forth in writing and signed by its duly authorized representative.
If any dispute arises between you and Getsetfly during your use of the Site or thereafter, in connection with and arising from your use or attempt to use this Site, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration. The place of arbitration shall be Mumbai. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language.
The said arbitration proceedings shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and modifications thereof as in force at the relevant time.
These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India and any dispute shall exclusively be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Courts situated at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

PAYMENTS
All online payments that happen for any of the products booked via www.getsetfly.biz site are secure. Getsetfly does not store the Credit card details of any customer in their database or in any data backup system or retrieval systems. Once you are ready to transact you are transferred to the bank site. The card details are captured on the credit card site and not ours hence we cannot be held responsible for any misuse of credit card what so ever.
Incase you are making the payment through the demand draft or cheque- the same needs to be drawn in the name of “Getsetfly tours and travel”. If you choose to pay at our Collection centers – you can opt for that option also.
REFUND
Getsetfly reserves the right to determine the amount of refund value incase of cancellation and amendments. The decision on the quantum of refund will be final as that made by Getsetfly. The refund will be made in the name of the client. Incase you have booked through the Travel Agent or a Franchisee still we will make the refund in the passengers name. It will take at least 45 days to process refunds for all services. There will be no refund for unutilised services unless specified. All cancellation and amendment charges will be applicable as per principles policies on which Getsetfly has no control and you will be subjected to it.
Indian Airlines
All Guests, including children and infants, must present valid identification at check-in. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate travel documents at all times.
Cancellation Rules:
Cancellation of ticketed guests is permitted upto 48 hours prior to departure at a charge of Rs 1000 per guest per sector.
No cancellation or refund (except applicable taxes & surcharges) is permitted within 48 hours prior to departure.
Rebooking: Rs 250 + difference in fare paid against fare available on the system.
Get set fly reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any point in time.
All uncheck special fares on following airlines "fare basis UF are non refundable & non changeable tickets"

JetLite Fare Rules
Domestic Sector Tickets: Any change to a confirmed ticket issued on INR fare – including cancellation, postponement, and change of itinerary – must be done at least one hour before a flight. When a ticket is reissued from a higher to a lower fare, a re-issuance charge of INR 100 is levied, irrespective of whether there is any change in sector/class of travel. A documentation charge of INR 100 is levied when a confirmed ticket is processed for refund. (This applies to Normal Class Fares only.)
50% of Basic fare is charged in case of cancellation of confirm tickets for refund within one hour of departure or No-show for Full fare tickets.
Cancellation charges do not apply to U.S Dollar fares for domestic tickets.
International Sector Tickets:
Tickets for international travel are subject to cancellation charges specific to each sector. Related details are available at our offices, airport ticket counters and from our authorized travel agents.
Refund of Tickets: We will refund the value of tickets purchased by you from our offices . Refund shall be processed as per the mode of payment made.
If the ticket has been paid for in cash, we will refund the amount in cash; and if the ticket has been paid for by credit card, we will issue a credit slip.
Tickets issued outside India will be refunded in the country where the ticket is purchased. The refund with regard to a ticket issued by a travel agent can only be done through that travel agent.
Ticket Validity
As per date of departure date, not valid after the date of departure of the last coupon of the ticket.

INR 850 will be charged as cancellation charges for each transaction if reservation is cancelled more than 01hr prior to departure.

Fare can not be combined with any other fare type.Tickets are non endorsable, non refundable and non reroutable.
Change in Reservation is not permitted.
Refund
If unused portion of the ticket is presented for refund more than 01 hr. of flight departure, INR 1000 will be charged as refund charges. If the same is presented within 01hr of flight departure, basic fare is forfeited. All taxes and surcharge are refundable of unused sectors.
No Show
A NO-SHOW will render tickets and reservation invalid. Tickets will be considered for refund after deducting 100% of the Nett Fare
Flight Disruption or Cancellation
In the event of flight disruption/cancellation of flights or flight reschedule more than 01hr, full refund is permitted or passenger can be accommodated in the next available flight. In such case change in reservation is allowed only once. Tickets cannot be endorsed to other carriers for any reason.
Go Air
Go Airlines (India) Pvt. Ltd. (The "Company")
The carriage of a Customer and Baggage on any flights of the Company is subject to GoAir Regulations (as defined below) relating to the conditions of non-International carriage of Customers and Baggage framed pursuant to The Carriage by Air Act, 1972 and the Notification regarding application to carriage which is non-international.
The Company reserves the right to vary, amend or alter these GoAir Regulations at any time without prior notice or liability. Customers are solely responsible for regularly reviewing these GoAir Regulations and Customers agree and acknowledge that by making reservation of GoAir tickets online, subsequent to any such variation, amendment or alteration, shall constitute the acceptance of by the Customer of such variation, amendment or alteration.
Flight Changes/Cancellations
Fares and schedules are subject to change without notice. When the Company announces new routes, they may be subject to change and regulatory approval.
Since the Company offers everyday low fares, once a Customer's Booking is confirmed and paid-for and the e-ticket is issued, the amount paid is non-refundable. Check-in commences 2 hours prior to scheduled departure. Failure to show up for the flight at least 40 minutes prior to the scheduled departure will result in the fare being forfeited and the Company will not provide any monetary refund of the Fare
Cancellations to bookings may be made up to two (2) hours prior to the scheduled departure time for a fee of Rs 750 per person, per segment per event. The balance of the original booking amount will be retained in a credit shell for a period of 6 months where the passenger may use it as payment towards future travel. This fee is subject to change without notice.
Kingfisher Airlines
Schedules
Kingfisher Airlines undertakes to use its best efforts to carry the Passenger and his or her baggage with reasonable dispatch and to adhere to published schedules in effect on the date of travel.
The times shown in timetables, website or elsewhere are approximate and not guaranteed and form no part of the contract of carriage.
Schedules can be subject to change without prior notice and Kingfisher Airlines assumes no responsibility for making connections.
Cancellation and Changes in Flight Schedule
In case of circumstances beyond Kingfisher Airlines control (including, but without limitation, meteorological conditions, mechanical failures, acts of nature, force majeure, strikes, riots, civil, commotion's, embargoes, wars, hostilities, disturbances, government regulations, orders, demands or requirements, shortage of labour, fuel or facilities, or labour difficulties of Kingfisher Airlines or others all actual, threatened or reported) Kingfisher Airlines may without notice cancel or delay a flight. If due to such circumstances Kingfisher Airlines cancels or delays such flight, Kingfisher Airlines shall either:
Carry the Passenger on another of its scheduled passenger services on which space is available; or
Reroute the Passenger to the destination indicated on the ticket or applicable portion thereof by its own scheduled services or the scheduled services of another carrier, or by means of surface transportation.
If the sum of the fare, excess baggage charge and any applicable service charge for the revised routing is higher than the refund value of the ticket or applicable portion thereof, Kingfisher Airlines may recover the additional charge from the Passenger; or
Make a refund in accordance with the terms and conditions mentioned herein and shall be under no further liability to the Passenger.
Except in the case of its act(s) or omissions done with intent to cause damage or recklessly and with knowledge that damage would probably result, Kingfisher Airlines shall not be liable for errors or omissions in timetables or other published schedules, or for representations made by employees, agents or representatives of Kingfisher Airlines as to the dates or time of departure or arrival or as to the operation of any flight.
Spicejet
Fares and Charges
Bookings are non-refundable. Failure to show up for the flight at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure will result in the fare being forfeited. Any promotional / auction fare purchased in conjunction with return fare cannot be cancelled or changed. Infants under the age of 2 years, and not occupying a seat, are subject to a fee of Rs. 525 plus the government PSF tax of Rs.225. There would be a transaction surcharge of Rs. 100.00 and Congestion charge of Rs. 150 applicable for every booking in the basic fare addition to Fuel Surcharge of Rs. 950 and a Government Tax (PSF) of Rs. 225.
